Heather Graham is adorable, and I love cinematographers who know how to shoot her; absolutely gorgeous.

A travel writer named Pippa, played by Graham (Sidewalks of New York), who begrudingly assumes editorial control of her father's wedding magazine finds the new experience might just change her take on love to keep the publication alive.

Meanwhile, she has affairs with a photographer, played by Taye Diggs (Rent), and with her father's vice president, played by David Sutcliffe (TV's Gilmore Girls), which forces her to realize she really doesn't know s**t about s**t when it comes to love.

The story started as easy to read as a toddler's book, but towards the later half of Act 2, it became more complicated; not just between characters, but also between father and daughter. It did end better than it began.

The picture is all about love and skirts on the feeling of a Shakespeare comedy where everything that happens doesn't really seem to matter in the end.

I have trouble getting into movies where EVERYBODY is gorgeous. It doesn't seem real to me. Not everyone, especially in the publishing industry is THIS gorgeous.

Overall, I think this DVD is worth a look, but be patient when you're watching it. The strongest sequences and the best writing, comes in the later acts. It ends up being a good no brianer.
