It breaks my heart to say this, because I love Sarah Michelle Geller and she is so hot that I would give anything to have a glorious night, but this movie blows. While I greatly enjoyed the first Scooby Doo with its originality and the great job of characterization of the original cartoon characters, there is nothing to enjoy in this story. The animation of Scooby Doo is still great but there is no story to the movie and the acting is horrible.

The basic premises is that all of the costumes that were used by the human villains in the cartoon episodes are magically transferred into "living" ghosts and haunting the town of Coolsville. The group must also save the day while Velma, Shaggy and Scooby go through identity crisis.

The only things I enjoyed were the Scooby animation, the transformation of the cartoon ghosts into actually movie, albeit animated, creatures, and Sarah Michelle Geller's body. Even actors Seth Green (Scott Evil-Austin Powers,) Alicia Silverstone (Aerosmith Videos,) and Peter Boyle (Frankenstein's Monster - Young Frankenstein,) can't help this movie.

I can only recommend this to 5 year olds, and people who have the mind of a 5 year old, else wise skip it.
